HFSC was founded in 2007 by Willem Jan Hofmans. The name HFSC encapsulates the founder, Hofmans, a focus on Success and our offer of Coaching & Consulting services.

People in organisations aim for results, i.e. success, while dealing with many complexities in an ever-changing world. They have numerous ideas and would like to implement them, but are being faced with daily realities which prevent them from moving as fast as they would like to go.

Success is defined as a favourable or desired outcome. Applying this to organisations we believe their success depends largely on how people in these organisations are considered, i.e. they are what makes the difference.
