Services for Coaches
Individual Coaching Supervision
Since November 2024 we offer Individual Coaching Supervision for coaches. Coaching Supervision is the interaction that occurs when a coach periodically brings his or her coaching work experiences to a coaching supervisor in order to engage in reflective dialogue and collaborative learning for the development and benefit of the coach and his or her clients (ICF). It fulfils Formative (continue to develop), Normative (follow ethical practices and boundaries) and Restorative (recharge energy and work in emotional aspects) purposes. Our coaching supervision is grounded in the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision (Peter Hawkins and Robin Shohet).
EMCC Global believes that experienced practitioners require a minimum of four hours individual supervision per year, evenly distributed across twelve months. EMCC Global also believes that the minimum ratio of practice to supervision, for an experienced practitioner should be 35 practice
hours to 1 hour of supervision received.

Group Coaching Supervision
Similar to Individual Coaching Supervision, Group Supervision usually takes place in groups of around 6 coaches with a qualified Coaching Supervisor. The main difference is that, under the supervision of a qualified supervisor, each coach participates in the process of supervision, either as supervisee or contributor to the supervision process.

Mentor Coaching
Mentor coaching helps coaches enhance their competence and capabilities, align with professional standards, and develop their unique coaching style, i.e. during mentor coaching the coach is coached on her/his coaching skills. This usually links to obtaining an ICF Credential.
